Yes agree couch during day not good. I slept from about 5.15 to 8ish. Chinese wanted to say G bye to me but I could not make it. Was texting to my yuppie D.'s  Mobile in middle of night, she would read today!!! 6 hours is quite good even in 2 lots.

Yes, at least I didn't feel tired when I got up, hope I can sleep tonight, got a shrink appointment tomorrow AM then work meeting. Took Nina to vet, got more antibiotics for the lump that is leaking, it's getting better but still don't like long term use of antibiotics.
