Hi,

 

Extremely long threads cause large server loads. This can slow down the loading of the thread, or even create wider problems for the forum. Insomniac pop quiz- New music game has become way longer than is recommended - almost as long as the limits set by the administrators of some of the very largest (and highly optimised) SMF forums on the Net. So, I've locked the original thread.

 

The opening post from Bob in the original thread, read:

 

In the event that anyone is interested in a new music game....This is one stolen from another forum that I am part of. It's very similar to our existing game, but I find it a little more interesting (plus Tbird hasn't posted in a year, so I don't think he will mind)

 

You post a          song title/ artist    such as:  Light my Fire/ The Doors

 

The next poster has to take one

word from your post and create

the next post                                such as:  Fire in the Hole/ Steeley Dan

 

You can use a word from the song

title OR the artist

 

So I will start this game and do the next post, then it's anyone's game. Here goes...
