My birthday is December 9th.

it is scary when you are not sure how old you will be:)

I love the feeling of calm that I sometimes have.

Say... you live on the Oregon Coast? Right?  We hope to move there in a few years to the Lincoln City - Newport area.  We are from Oregon and would like to come home in our retirement years.  Now if the Benzo Healing kick in... we would be coming sooner than later!  : )

Hi Liy  yes i had a great Birthday yesterday I was actually one of the best Birthdays i have had in hears  LOL Funny how it was the best celebration at the worse time in my life during benzo w/d  lol  but ti was nice...I ope you have some wonderful pans for your special day !!!  hugs  deb
