im loading up my pickup to go out of town to my ranch i finished packing tools to use to work with there to fix 2 riding mowers i have a push mower in the back back to push an hour or 2 for the exercise all i have left to pack is cold foods in ice chest and some snacks & drinks i hope i make it im geting kinda sleepy now wel i could always take a nappy ou there maybe when i get there

Yes, I loved his comment on Hilary's emails. But don't you think he getting too old for this job? Like Reagan? I really like him, but don't like socialism. I liked The Donald inserting himself on Twitter. He really wanted to be in this debate. He said Sheryl Crow ruined the Star Spangled Banner. I'd like to see him sing those high notes. Can't put a wig on for that..............I think no candidate is fit this time around........... :'( And why did Webb get so many questions? He is <1 %.

Not very often Tex. I had to start taking it a few months ago because I was having Epileptic related seizures from not sleeping more than 20 minutes a night (from having no benzos). I'm very careful with it and don't take it every night

I'm into my 2nd week CT. today was groundhogs day. I took out the trash as my only productive task,  oh yeah! I also got the mail! Took the puppy out through out the day, fed her, and played with her inside bc it's pouring today.  We didn't get our daily hike/jog in due to weather. 

 

I am now watching tv, as I've been hanging out on the couch all day. Was hot all day now I'm finally cooling off, fingers crossed cold sweats aren't too bad.

 

I ate some snacks and that's about it.  Looking forward to another day toward healing and feeling like myself again.  I did decide against taking my adhd meds today and my anxiety seemed better.  If I could get more than a few hours sleep I'll be greatful. I feel ok today but just going through the motions. 

 

Time to watch Halloween! Hope you guys are doing well
