I'm sitting at the computer that my wife thinks that it gets more attention than she gets from me.  :-X  I just got back from the doctor and he thought my taper was too slow, but he agreed to work with me and change to a lower dosage of Clonazapam to help my dry cut in the future. The doctor had no answer for me about the head-rush and dizziness I've been getting, other than the reduction of Wellbutrin.. Today I'm going to jump off of the Wellbutrin so I can concentrate on my Clonazapam withdrawal. While tapering more than one drug simultaneously, it's hard to know where the sx are coming from. It's a beautiful day...life is good.  :thumbsup:

Zion, I've got a son I'm going to encourage to come off Wellbutrin. What's the wd like with that? Were you taking the extended release? How have you done it? There seems to be a lot written on wd from the SSRIs and SNRIs but not this med.

im listing to myself some points:

 

I'm getting 5-6 hours of sleep per day

my days are regular

my scary anger and rage is gone

my depression is getting lighter

no more crying spells

i can exercise till i drop dead :crazy:

i sing songs in my head non stop

no more bed ridden

I'm more present and more aware of shit

what happen with my husbands cruelty

no more vertigo and tiredness

more connected with life and God...

(I'm sure there are more but its more than enough)

I think you've made great progress.....just imagine what you've been

through. Time to be proud of yourself....I hope the situation with

I too am sitting at a computer, of course! Can't wait till later on this evening when I'm flying out to see my son get his master's degree in clinical psych on Saturday, en route to a doctorate degree in a couple of years. He's such a great kid! Life is good. True.

Just hung up from 1.5 hour phone call with friend..played my favorite song for him and sang along, drinking hot water with lemon, checking my blood pressure for the fourth time today. Wondering if I will drop tomorrow to .4, if it makes a difference if it is not really a 10% drop (4.05). Looking at my gram scale, unopened. About to put on a podcast and give up on reading the dao of physics, decide tomorrow about .05. Feeling calmish in brooklyn.
