I, too, am apparently on the computer, which means my bony butt is sitting and my mind is not engaged in much more than a keyboard. Is Tucson getting warm...like too warm, yet? I have spent a May in Ajo, and April in Tucson...a miserable 4th of July week in Tucson...but the winters there are great!

So, I guess I'm: 1) sitting on my butt 2) on the computer 3) reminiscing about times gone by 4) wishing I was on the road, again...

I've been spending the afternoon "sandwiching." I do something easy (watch TV, web around, etc.) then do something hard (go to exercise class, make two phone calls). It's been a rough day so I'm thankful what needed to get done is done.

 

I'm 52 y/o and 4.5 months already feels super long after 18 months of constant wd from repeated mistakes and coming off tons of meds. The lack of sleep is what's getting to me along with the anxiety, burning skin, paresthesias, etc. I'm both bored and tired, if you understand that. Too tired to do anything more exciting but tired doesn't lead to sleep.

that will hurt her...

she was always complaining that this andony child of that careerist

is bothering her and hitting her...

 

plus i won't be able to live without my girl....

no one can replace my pain being away from my child....

Any little stressor will make us all go crazy so try your best to get thru one day at a time and think on ways to improve your situation but do not over think things as we are all fragile and we overload ourselves ! We can`t fix everything over night only slowly and when we have enough mental strength to do it go slow my friend ! ~CD
