i read many of Obsid's posts and even though we never really spoke, i always loved her posts. i don't know much about D.I.D. but i did read a little about it in an 'esoteric sense' in a book by Jane Roberts--"A Seth Book" so have a little understanding/

Well the one good about D.I.D. in relation to benzo withdrawal is that when the dp/dr hits it's just another day on the job for me. Altered states of mind become old hat for DID types after a lifetime of these sorts of experiences. (I'm always trying to see the glass half full).    plus, you're never really alone (LOL).

I am not put off by exhaustion or brain fog with w/d as I had that before with CFS. Ahhhh...

and the glass is always half full, but when is it totally full? When we heal...
