I read something by a life coach today that is really resonating with me.

 

She said,

 

"You can choose courage or you can choose comfort, but you cannot have both."

 

It is giving me a lot to think about.

After thinking about this saying overnight I realize that everyone on this forum has chosen COURAGE over comfort in order to conquer benzos. Not a single individual here is a coward by ANY stretch of the imagination.
