Any movies you can recommend that are good during this. One's with perserverance. Or hard times. Or uplifting. Or really funny. Basically anything you feel is really life changing in a good way. Especially on netflix instant.

I see this getting moved but hopefully it gets some responses first

Clean and Sober, 1988 with Michael Keaton. Amazing movie about a guy who hit rock bottom with major addictions.

Of course there is ALWAYS "Mr. Bean The Disaster Movie" laugh, laugh, laugh.

Cat on a Hot Tin Roof: Starring Paul Newman, Elizabeth Taylor and Burl Ives. This dynamic and commanding adaptation of Tennessee Williams' Pulitzer Prize-winning play focuses on a troubled Southern family and the dynamics of all the

characters. If you are bothered by illness and family strife, maybe not for you. Was a huge in the 1950's

Scent of a Woman: Al Pacino, Chris O'Donnell, Phillip Seymour Hoffman. Al Pacino Won an Academy Award for Best Actor

in this adaption from an Italian Novel, produced and directed by Martin Brest. One of my Favorites.

The Life of Pi

Yikes I would not advise this to someone in the depths of withdrawal

Good movie otherwise but a little to much sensory overload for the situation

Fight Club! Great for insomniacs!

Hmm not sure about this one, lots of violence and mentally disturbed people. Good film though.

Well it is relatable in that sense I guess
