I watched a documentary titled "I Am."  It has nothing to do with benzos, but a lot to do with our brains and happiness and how everything seems connected. 

 

The documentary focuses on the nature of humanity and the world's ever-growing addiction to materialism.

 

Released in 2010 from director Tom Shadyac.  It's available on Netflix and possibly other outlets.  It's 76 minutes and won't offend anyone (I don't think) and shouldn't cause any sort of benzo revving of symptoms.  It was a pleasant journey and got me to really think.
