why am I not getting email notifications to threads I have participated in?

I am no longer getting email alerts to threads I have participated in. Why not?

I've never received email alerts to threads that I've posted on. But I did see this question asked by another member just the other day.

 

I know, not much help, just sayin'.

I have always gotten alerts. There must be some setting somewhere. I asked the help desk...maybe they know.

Go into "profile"

 

Select "account settings"

 

If your email address shown is ok

 

Go io to "modify profile",  open

 

Select "notification"

 

Make selection.

Thanks Patty, I had this straightened out yesterday ...they did maintenance and some ppl could not recover their notifications no matter hat they did. I have it fixed now as they fixed the glitch.
