Im searching for a book

Hello buddies,

I read about a self help book some time ago here on the forum, unfortunately I cant remember the name of the book or the author.

I dont remember also in which section of the forum was the book mentioned, I know it is a book written by a neuroscientist, I think a woman, and is related to neuroplasticity and motivation.

I want to find that book, can you please help me?

You can go to Google and put in keywords that you do remember like: Neuroscientist, self help, author, etc. until you find what you're looking for. That is if no one knows what you're talking about.

Amazon is the best place to order it when you find it.

I know of one book calle, "The Brain that Changes Itself."  can't remember the author.  I think there's an area of psychology now called Positive Psychology a therapist was telling me, where your thoughts and attitude rewires the brain, creating new neural pathways and trimming away old ones.
