Anyone here working from home? My situation and advice welcomed

I used to be a successful virtual assistant, until I relocated. I had a good five year run. Now I'm relegated to freelance writing, because where I moved I found without a car to meet people in this area it's hard to find clients that trust someone with their proprietary information, that don't know anything about you. I don't make much, but since I don't have transportation I'm going to try again too solicit virtual assisting clients because that work is more steady.  Anyone doing it or anything else, Advice appreciated.
