Animated Gifs and avatars?

Hey,

 

Ive noticed that some people put pics in their comments, Im wondering how you do this? Also some people have an animated avatar, could you explain how this is done...

 

I am sleepless tonight so maybe this will keep me busy and my mind off worrying!

Hi, I don't know about animated avatars, but to put photos in posts, I use Photobucket,  I copy and paste the IMG code for photo. If you upload pictures to photobucket you will see the code.  Hope that helps  Dd.
