i have this brain condition which i cannot describe in detail. this is not benzo withdrawal. this is something that i had since beginning. i have been praying to the god that this condition is not caused by brain damage. and, it will heal after tapering off klonopin. sigh.

having this damn "anxiety" now. this is worst one since my tapering. did not have this much anxiety in a long time.

will not loose the battle because of this.

lately, i am having a hard with sleep. these fake sleeps are driving me crazy.

do not want to take anymore poisons either.

you are on your way to healing. do not let DR/DP hold you back. it seems that your DR/DP are not really severe. i had mine for about 4~5 months everyday. 24 hours straight. mostly, i have recovered.

don't get frustrated or scared by it. more you have an anxiety, it will get worse. i wish that i knew this when i was having DR/DP. you will be alright.

i am having an usual routine afternoon anxiety. it's been like this for a while. does not bother me much anymore. because, i know that it will pass, and it's not myself causing the anxiety. it's so funny to realize that you could get immune to all those symptoms after a while. nevertheless, cure is the best option. right?

I think I am alright now.  I start titration again tonight.  I hope it goes well and that I am not too far in tolerance withdraw already.
