Hi!

 

I work in software testing/engineering now, but I've got a strong background in tech support from my early 20s. I like to think I'm really good at explaining technical concepts to non-technical people, so I'm also happy to help you.

 

When you feel up to it again, just tell me what operating system you're using (Macintosh? Windows? If windows, do you know if it's Windows 7, Windows Vista, or Windows XP?) and what programs you use to access the internet (what browser, is it Internet Explorer? Chrome? Firefox?) and I can be of a lot more assistance.
