My avatar is a 5 month golden doodle. He's very cute and entertaining, but looks are deceiving. He's a terror. He looks like a mop, but getting his first "big boy" cut tomorrow. Hope I recognize him. Yeah, I will because his jaws will be moving. lol

Hi Benzogirl

 

Maybe you can help me. "Doodle" is 5 months old and weighs 40 lbs. He's been very easy to train up until now. He constantly jumps and bites and generally gets over excited. Sit, come and stay commands don't work when he's in a fit. He totally ignores them. Do u have any suggestions to help stop this behavior?
