Here's a shot of my darling Border Collie Nina, this was taken when she was 4-5 months old she will be 2 on 1/24. Clever dog, great therapy walking with her, I never put her on the lead and we spend at least an hour in the forest everyday together, she gets me out of the house when w/d starts to rear it's ugly head.

Thanks Carol for the 'heads up', Sky - do you know what you created, I have literally thousands and thousands of dog/pup pictures, but I guess I'll start with some of my own.

 

Here's my big boy 'Jacka', abandoned at the pound with testicular cancer, 8 years old, and with corneal ulcers in both eyes. Previously used as a stud dog until the cancer was visible, then dumped as he could no longer sire.

 

Op done to remove cancer - full ablation and back to his former glory...... what a head.....

My Queen Bee 'Fat Flea' my tester dog for all rescues and the Alpha in our pack, can read all other dog's body language and usually let's me know the nature of the rescue dog, even though she is in her twilight years, she's the top dog.

and finally my Lil Girl 'Lily Bet', who was handed into a pet store in a bucket with 7 other litter mates, at the time I was told, that unless the pet store took them, they would be drowned that night.  She was the 'runt' of the litter and turned into a shiny, black beauty.  Recently had a stroke, but still going strong.

i dont even have a dog but I love them.

I am glad I started this too. I love all animals.  They are just so wonderful.  I couldn't imagine a world without pets.,.. Let alone my precious kiwi.

Here's another picture of Nina taken this afternoon, she is soaked and just got back in after playing in the snow. She loves the snow, she  runs and jumps and scoops it up with her snout.

Moe!  That is just too cute!  They look like they are having a blast.  They are both running with the branch in their mouths at the same time.    It is nice to see another rat on the thread.  I am starting to fall in love with the dogs on this thread.  More pics!
