More good ones!  The Lord of the Rings - fantastic in so many ways.  I want to live in the Shire far away from what the world has become today....

Yea give me those round doors in the Shire and a ride on ShadowFax!

At night in Rivendale would be magical too.

Of course Aragorn would be a nice guy to have a conversation with for sure.

Regarding the rest of the  movies I loved most on the lists I read but I could watch every Betty Davis black and white ever made. I live for a Betty Davis Day on TCM..

The original Pride and Prejedice and Wuthering Heights are devine

more to date Departed, Leo got robbed again!

TV stuff, Outer Limits and Twilight Zone were pure bliss for me as a kid. Sat in front of the tellie with my tv tray.

I did not see Gangs of New York on the lists, Taxi, The Deer Hunter, the God Father series

The Great Gadsby, Rosemary's Baby, Catch 22, any of James Dean or Virginia Wolf

I could go on forever too.

This has been a fun diversion for sure.

Thanks for the escape

Shawshank Redemption - Hands down the best movie about hope, redemption, overcoming.

My Cousin Vinnie

Intolerable Cruelty - George Clooney at his comic best, with a host of other great characters. Hated it the first time, then couldn't not watch it any time it came on TV. Kinda like my love affair with sushi, minus the TV part.

Goodfella's

Limitless

Why am I not surprised Eljay?  I've never seen it.  What's it about? :o

You me to say you never watched that sexy Patrick Swazy? Geez, I thought everybody has seen that movie. I won't tell you what it is about. Instead, go to Blockbuster....
