I have a huge selection on my chill out playlist which I will post later but i also love Naturespace holographic music which is nature sounds set to background music. It's the next best thing to having the beach or a rain forest in your back yard.

Assuming this person has a computer, they can download iTunes for free.  Click on Store.  Click on Radio.  Click on Ambient.

 

Scroll down the list of radio stations.  I choose Smooth Riviera - Relaxation, Meditation, Healing, and Nature.  This one is free and runs non-stop 24/7 with no commercials.

 

iTunes is also great for free podcasts ... there are hundreds if not thousands of them.  I have taken great comfort in listening to Tara Brach ... "Radical Acceptance" among many others.
