If, my calculations are right it's around  US$6.39 a gallon in Japan depending where you are. Does one US Gallon equal 3.79 litres? if it does then I am right. Dd.

Yuppers  so right now 1.39/L (went up cause of the long weekend)= 1.39 x 3.79 = 5.27/gal CDN or 5.39 US

Sh**.. ours went to $4.95 for regular this am...  Bloody crooks!  Then, I had to go to WFoods, all organic foods for my husband going through wds...  The traffic.. like gas was 25 cents a gallon.  What's with these people.. I walk most times now for all.. Just W/Foods too far away..  OMG... all these crazy people!  Patty

I live in Pa and the local news station told us to fill up cause gas around here is going to get real expensive :tickedoff.A lot of the local gas stations are out of gas.

I don't have a car, but according to info on the net, the gas prices in my town are about 1.59-1.63 euros per litre.

 

3.79 x 1.59 = 5.96 euros per gallon

3.79 x 1.63 = 6.17 euros per gallon

 

That averages about 6.07 euros per gallon

 

With the current rate, 6.07 euros = 7.74 U.S. dollars

 

So there you have it :-)

 

(slight rounding errors here, the original price sheet I looked at used 3 decimals but I was lazy and didn't bother to find the cheapest and most expensive gas stations on the long list, just scanned it through to get the general idea of the prices)
