Tea Time!

Hey,

I am from the U.S. Do you guys from the UK usually have tea time around 7 at night? Does tea time even exist? Haha. sorry, this is silly, but I am curious!

I don't know, but when I jump I am going to have chamomille tea time every hour on the hour!

I am from the UK and i call it dinner.

 

Tea time is more a Northern expression.

I am Canadian.  Always thought it was around 3pm ....right about the time everyone at work is looking for coffee.

Tea time is often 6 o´clock, it can be earlier but usually it is very late afternoon/early evening... kids get home from school, told to go wash their hands as "tea will be ready in 20 minutes" 

 

Like i say, it was never tea where i come from...

 

There is "afternoon tea" of course but that is usually a pot of tea and thinly cut cucumber sandwiches and a selection of cakes.

haha!! why don't you have it now?? it has no caffeine! I bought some really good chamomile with rose and it's delicious!!

Oh, I definitely enjoy it now as well. I just think that when I no longer have the drug doses, I am going to need it a bit more.  My personal favorite is Celestial Seasonings' Honey Vanilla Chamomile. It has a splash of orange in it as well.
