Grapefruit, it was the first fruit I bought for myself for 6pence in England when I was a child,it was almost an exotic fruit in the 50s, it is one of the good things that is firmly embedded in a feel good  pathway in my brain, when I was in Istanbul in the late sixties you could get a whole grapefruit squeezed into a drink, that was heaven!

Ah David I wish I could send you some ruby red grapefruits that are growing in my backyard!! I love them but can't eat them :'(

This sounds boring but..... Gluten free corn chex, with sliced banana, doused in vanilla flavored Almond milk..... Think I'll get some now! ;)

Wow, grapefruits growing in your backyard, now that sounds like paradise to me!!!!

Now, bananas, I actually lived on them for a while when I first had depression, that was more than ten years ago. Now I still love them with museli. But the the comfort food is:  Japanese Udon, with leeks, a soft boiled egg and hot ground pepper to season, great and easy to slurp down! Happy eating David
