Requesting Xanax titration taper plan

I began my own wean 4 days ago and am doing quite well.  I am doing the basic 100 mL H2O with my 0.75mg Xanax dissolved in it. The first two days I discarded 1mL of solution, the second two days 1.5mL. I plan on taking this very slowly! I am in absolutely NO rush.

 

Anyways, I would love one of the spreadsheets that some of the members here prepare for people. If anyone has the time it would so much be appreciated!

Here's a guide you can follow. Since you have already reduced by 6ml you can use the Aug 24th date as your start point.
