Recommended Posts

Well, I do think I get it now, but I have had nearly no sleep for 2nd day, not capable of clear thought. But I will play soon, this is not the type of game I am usually good at though.  Looks fun.

pablo my friend, are you just "plucking" these out of your mind, or using a resource? My goodness, I don't think I could ever play this, I don't recognize most of the words.  :D

I think 'retoed' is pushing it. What does it mean? A full toe transplant.

Hi Pablo,

I understand what you say. I think we have to draw the line somewhere. 're' can be added as a prefix to many words to make words not found in the dictionary. The compilers of dictionaries are having to make this judgment all the time I imagine. Based on useage I think?

Perhaps after this Olympics 'retoed' will be in the dictionaries.

Hi Here's

Game 7

Find as many words as you can from these nine letters.

Each word must be at least four letters long and must contain the 'hub' letter. In this case 'U'.

Letters given can only be used once in each word. T can be used twice in this game.

You cannot use plurals, foreign words or 'proper' nouns but verb forms ending in 's' are allowed.

Both English or American spellings are allowed but NOT of the same word in one game.

There is at least one nine letter word.

Abbreviations don't count.

'Urban Dictionary' words, slang and exclamations are NOT encouraged.

Game 7 -    The target in this case is 30+ words.

Please read the rules

NB. This is QUITE a HARD one. 5 words are difficult.
