BBuddies, Out of an expression of love for me in a time challenge a thread was started to send me prayer, love and positive thoughts. I am grateful beyond measure. On this thread started by sweet Sarah; people expressed things they love as an affirmation of sorts as I had written somewhere that I do this.  This is not something I created but read or heard somewhere. Perhaps you can say the things you love out loud if possible in times of challenge. I thought we could do this here on this thread and start a new beautiful "Garden of Love" right here:  Please join me in creating and expressing your love:

I love the simple, uncomplicated things in life.

 

I love the songs that the brightly colored songbirds sing to me as I walk out onto my deck to greet the new morning. 

 

I love the sight of the fragile butterfly, the busy bee, and the tiny hummingbird flitting from flower to flower in search of the sweet nectar that assures them another day of life.

 

I love seeing the happy smiles on the faces of  little children, and listening to them shriek in delight when seeing, for the first time, real live animals at a zoo.

 

I love the feeling of being free from the chains of life that bind me when I am sitting astride a spirited horse who loves to run as if being chased by the wind.

 

I love the good, and the bad that life throws at me, because without the bad, I wouldn't know how to appreciate the good.

I love the still room full of my sleeping husband. It makes me feel safe.

 

I love the feeling I get when I receive great news but I'm around too many people, so Im quiet outside while celebrating loudly on the inside.

I love waking up in the morning and stretching luxuriously.

I love this thread. When I feel fear come upon me, like Flutterbye shared, I will move directly to what I love to dispell it. Even when I don't feel fear, I love this thread, Flutter! LOVE IT!
