Okay, class begins, girls.

 

Here's a practice link with millions of smileys, pretty gifs (pics), animations and so on:

 

              http://www.picgifs.com/graphics/

 

Pick one you like.

If you hover your cursor over it, a drop-down shows.  Click the last choice ( I think it is) and

  it should show 'copied' where the code was.  If that doesn't work, highlight and copy it.

Paste it into your post's text box.

 

I always hit 'preview' to make sure it worked like I wanted it to.

 

If you get this okay, we'll do a Photobucket upload.

Lesson Two:  (really easy)

 

Hit 'quote' on a post that has a pic or emoticon you want.

Highlight the pic/emo, copy and paste.

Hi, I found the link but when I hover over it nothing happens, I then  right clicked to show copy but then when I came here and tried to paste, the paste is not highlighted, but thanks , those are lovely graphics, I have never been able to do the copy and paste thingy

Here is a simple site.  http://www.sherv.net/nervous-emoticons.html

 

1.  On the left choose category.

2.  Select the one you want. Click on it.

3.  The emoticon will come up, underneath it select - get codes.

4.  It will bring you to the bottom of page.  Then select forum codes and it will highlight in blue.  Right click and copy.

5.  Come back here and reply to me.  Hi charlie, Right click and paste emoticon.

6.  Feel humbled like a small puppy in awe of discovering a new trick. :laugh:
