I Love, love your cats. They are so adorable sleeping together!!!!!!

Thank you, Laura.  I think cats are just naturally photogenic.  I have hundreds, probably thousands, of pictures of mine.  My fuzzy buddies and benzobuddies are what have gotten me through this w/d.

Thank you Jenn.  Yeah, I'm pretty lucky to know him and since w/d, he wants no one's lap but mine, all the time.  He's 18, but acts like a kitten.  I hope he lives to 38,  like some cats have.  Your kitties are adorable and look very silky, no wonder they like to sleep together.

We had a kitty live well into his 20's.  Sophie and Maceo are very silky and soft, and they both have just the sweetest dispositions.  I love my kitties.  My life would be so empty without them, especially now.

He was an abused and neglected stray.  Just the sweetest little guy in the world.  He just passed away from old age.

Growing up instead of calling cats "Kitty Cats", I called them "Tissy Cats".

 

I don't know why... but it is how our first kitty got her name!

 

 

I read the other day that 91% of pet owners have more photos of their furry folk

 

than they do of their family or friends.

Dear Lilly,

 

Your kitties are so sweet.  It is true about having more pictures of pets than family, at least for me.  I had an artist do a beautiful pencil portrait of my husband's beloved dog, Liberty.  I never realized it until one day when my kids's friends were laughing, but Liberty's portrait was at least twice as big as any other picture in our gallery, and hung prominently in the middle.  I guess that let our kids know where they stood.

Yes, he is a very happy guy. He was sent back to the breeder when he was 4, because the previous owners thought he was neurotic and anxious (any irony there?). I have had him for 4 years and he is the kindest dog who embraces every day. Definitely a good influence on me. I love him to bits! 

 

And like everyone else here.....he is in the centre of the family photos. In fact after I read everyone else's admissions of doing that, I looked at my desk. He is actually the only picture on my desk. Woops.
