What did you learn today?

I've been watching too much of the Sarah Silverman program (<3) and everyday her character reflects. So what have you learned today?

I learned that all the posts were true, I finally had my first real breakthrough window. It came on a little slow. The build up was over 3 days. Then yesterday, Thursday May 3, 2012, I had my first day of peace and comfort with so little sx that it didn't hold me back from anything. I went on a job interview, had my hair done, had dinner out, went to the drug store, and looked great doing it all.

And then today I crashed.........big. I was completely slammed by almost every sx I ever had including dp/dr. I walked as though I had MS, visual disturbance, LOUD tinnitus, adrenaline pumping all day, aches/pains, anxiety, fright, and many of my other favorite flavors of w/d.

I have been humbled by this even further.

Yet I know this is just another "normal" step in the healing process, so I just went with it, the way you are supposed to handle your car in a storm when you hit an ice patch and the car is spinning. Oh I did go with it, I did not stear in the other direction.

And while I was furiously typing out a reply to one of my dear, dear friends here, the sx started to melt, not completely, I'm still hurtin' 14 hours later.

But my heart is turned toward happiness and healing. I do believe.

This is what I learned today.
