I can see that many of the people that I came to know on this site have come and gone. They all recovered from their benzo nightmare and are living full productive lives like so many before them. There's many of you that are experiencing the same hell that I went through not so long ago. I can only tell you that you are one day closer to a complete recovery just hang on for a little bit longer and you'll be fine. I wish there was more that I could tell you but it's getting late and I'm getting tired, good night. Dave

How long did you suffer from tinnitus. ?Mine is better for sure but still here after one year.
