temazepan 7.5 mg taper

I have been taking temazepan 7.5 mg capsules for about 5 years and I am sick and tired of getting no sleep. Can someone help me with a taper plan?

Since they only come in capsule form, I guess the titration method would work.  Are you familiar with titration?  There's a board devoted to it and it has many threads explaining the method. If you do want a titration taper plan, you can start a a new topic there, provide the needed info and someone will help you out.  An alternative might be using a compounding pharmacy; it's easier but more expensive.
