Skin Rash

Dear Friends:

 

A few days ago I noticed a skin rash had appeared on the tops of both of my feet.  It looked really weird as my skin appeared purple-ish/red-ish with little indentations (for lack of a better description).  It lasted about one hour, and it was not itchy.  I know this is a minor issue compared with the other severe symptoms we all are dealing with.  Do you think this is withdrawal or something else?  Thanks.  Hope4us

I think there's a myriad of things that could cause a rash. Take one day at a time... I think it's far too easy to blame benzo withdrawal for common instances in our lives. If the rash is gone, let it be gone and focus on your next steps.
