Valium

So i was tappering valium was on 25 mg for 20 years. Tapered 14 months got to 6.86 could not go any further i has si. Went to see an addiction Dr he put me on phenobarbital 2 x a day. All symptoms gone except ringing ears insomnia. He’s treating me outpatient will keep me on for 2 months then taper me on pheno. I’ve talked to 4 Benzo buddies who did this ann they don’t regret it. Anyone else do this.

It says it's more powerful than diazepam and can cause dementia and low iq (?)

If I really would need to take it i wouldn't take it every day. It's a pre historic kind of benzo.
