Tense, rushing to do things.

Anyone else have this?

I find doing the smallest things like getting dressed in the mornings or washing, really rushed? I get this urge to like do it as fast as possible so it's over.  Then when doing that I find myself tensing up and having to talk to myself, telling me to relax and go slowly. 

It's very weird but also frustrating. It's like I've got to continuously tell myself to go slow, don't rush, go easy, whenever I'm doing these small tasks. Plus also when walking round my town I find my shoulders are always tense and again, telling myself to relax.

@[TH...], I had this feeling of constant "rush" and restlessness especially during the early days of recovery. It might be also in connection with the fact that I was a really active person before, traveling daily, working in two towns and it was hard for me to accept the state I was in. I could only relax in the afternoon or in early evening. 

I believe it is going to get better like any other withdrawal symptom, I don't really feel this way anymore.
