Extreme anger: what do I do????

Hi. I have immense anger right now and I don't know what to do. I've had this for some time. I'm a year off my last dose and angrier than ever. I swear I'll get a heart attack!! There's no rationalizing  now. Help and thanks.

Did you search for "anger" on BB site ? I opened a thread a few days ago and others did.

Try and keep calm. Isolate you if you can. Lie on your bed or sofa if you manage to stay a bit still, close your eyes and do breathing if you're able to. For some people, it helps. Hang in there!

Thanks, @[El...]!!! Well, I went to bed so that ended the episode LOL!! Seriously, im so set off by anything. I've long stopped going out, so I'm inside all the time. I'm  so angry even about things that don't involve me.  It's not getting better.
