Empowerment tips?

Hi, again. Any empowerment suggestions for a person that doesn't know who she is is anymore? With all the dp/dr, mental anguish, anxiety and intrusive thoughts, is there anything I can do to get even a little relief? I'm so beaten down and frankly, lost.thanks.

This process can wear you down, make you feel like the real you is lost in the mire of withdrawal. You are still there, perhaps under the layers of symptoms but the real you will emerge. It may take time, far longer than we would like. I had one mantra I would repeat over and over, ‘what I’m feeling is my healing’.

I hear you and understand completely. I had all of your symptoms and many more. I do not have DPDR anymore if that makes you feel hopeful. And I have zero anxiety. I have stress and exhaustion, but not anxiety. I was told to "suffer well" during this process. All you can do is what you can do to get through the day. If that means watching videos all day curled on the floor, do it. You just have to do what you need to do to survive and don't judge it. Empowerment is surviving this.
