Waves and baseline

I've heard that after you have a wave your baseline becomes better meaning when you are in a window after a wave you feel better than your last window.

Anyone have any comments on this?

Mine has not been like this. It’s just completely random. My baseline wouldn’t be worse but it wouldn’t necessarily be better. Sometimes after a window my baseline would be better not just after a wave. Sometimes it would remain the same. Just randomness.

Yes for me is exactly like that. But in begining  of i couldnt recognise that it is exactly What is happening untill i teach the end. 
My symptoms became gradually better over time. And my baseline same. After every come back of some symptoms something improves. It could sound crazy to people when i say oh my back was hurting me one day but after that my symtom of strange feeling in hand disapear 😂
