3 months off in a wave

I have been away for awhile feeling pretty good. I even went back to work for 2 weeks and it was great to be back to normal. I thought I was out of the fire only to be yanked back in. I think it is true that waves are your brain doing some deep healing and after the wave your baseline improves. I never thought i would ever be able to function enough to even contemplate going back to work but i did. I am currently off work again this week recovering from my latest wave. Almost a week in this new wave. I am hoping it is my last wave as this one doesn't seem to be as intense as previous waves. Still have fatigue and morning anxiety. I dislike morning anxiety the most out of all the symptoms. I will be returning to work as soon as this wave is over. It's the best medicine to go back to normal life ot even better than before.

I just want everyone who is suffering in a wave it does get better. Just have to be patient and have acceptance and cope with the symptoms. They do go away in time and do not last forever. I had a good 2 weeks of a window felt great. I know it will return and I will feel even better. All part of the healing process. Just get yourself off the medication so you can completely heal. It is the only way out.

Good vibes and support to everyone.

Thanks, @[En...]!! I'm glad someone's doing well; good for you. I can't quite see the positive side of life right now- hopefully soon!

It is coming for you. Keep strong and moving forward. That is my advice. Accept the symptoms as part of the healing. Trust me there were many times I didnt think I was going to make it. I had an unsupportive Dr during my most darkest times but I still got off this medication.
