Hi All

 Bozobertie here …

I was on Ativan for 40 years ! Way before they knew how bad it was for you , and how addictive .

it took 3 long years to completely come off it ,  it that was 8 years ago and my life is now great .

so grateful to this page  and the people who were around then.

i survived , and for anyone going they this you will too … it’s the worst thing I’ve ever done in my life , but I came out the other side .

I'm so glad you are doing well after 40 years of Ativan.  I jumped off of Ativan this year in March after 19 years.  It's been rough but stories like yours have kept me going.  Thanks for sharing! 😊

So wonderful to hear of your healing!  It gives us so much hope to hear of someone on for so long that healed!!
