I dont ever post here but I stopped cold turkey 10 plus year ago from sleeping pills. The brain zaps alone  from withdrawal almost sent me to the ER.. They were ruining my life , my families life and financially draining me. This community was a god send back to know others were going through the same issues. There is not a day that goes by where I ever think I twice about going back to the hell hole. To anyone that doesnt think they can do it you are stronger than you realize

This is wonderful news!  Thank you.  I for one am stuck with debilitating migraines and to know that you too had “brain” symptoms that resolved is so hopeful for me.
