Leg spasms

Do you get spasms in your legs? They feel like they are moving by themselves and have spasms and twitches and it’s visible sometimes. It’s either the back of my thighs or calves. I also get RLS sometimes but that feels a bit different. The spasming and twitching is painful and causes weakness plus it often feels like there is barbed wire tightening around my legs. It’s worse in my right leg but happens in both. It’s like my legs often have a life of their own.

yes, every moment of every day since benzo use 1 1/2 years ago. BFS, check it out. It's constant in calves/feet/legs and sporadic ALL over the body. Just now was forearms for several minutes, thenar muscle moving my thumb, face, no where is spared. I am not certain what was the cause, the benzo, insomnia, the gut issues or whatever. I have involuntary muscle jerks and myoclonus. Been to every dr. under the sun and three neurologists. No answers. Can't sleep, insomnia was the worse I've known, days without sleep. Went insane
