New weird symptom/don't know how to describe

Hi guys. I'm starting to develop this new issue.  It is like this pressure develops in my ankle wrist and even tongue and knee.  Almost feels like it will twitch but then doesn't. Has anyone else had this? It is so weird.  Maybe just my joints? Idk

Maybe they are just tensing up?  Like contracting?  I'm not sure but it is creepy feeling

Hi, @[fa...], i think i know what you mean. I'm just tired of trying to describe what sort of pain or weird strain in particular i feel. Just accepted that my healing concerning muscles is going to take long and i can do little about it but wait and enjoy every other aspect of healing wich i do feel.

I get this a lot. Like a spasm coming on. I just get aware of the muscle.
