I’m 17 days out from Valium. Anyone else been though SSRI withdrawal too?

Hey buddies 👋 I’m 17 days out from my last Valium dose (last dose was 2.5mg, wasn’t an Ashton taper but I wasn’t coming off a massive amount), still copping weird waves and windows of symptoms (mood swings, worry, depersonalisation that comes and goes, brain fog, anxiety feeling in chest) but no panic attacks yet thankfully. 
 

This is all complicated by my SSRI adverse reaction and then withdrawal.

How is everyone else doing, and have you been through SSRI withdrawal too?

I went through a CT of both simultaneously. Wasn’t terribly fun. 

 

Pretty sure I was given the K cause of an adverse reaction to the AD. I had become hyper and kinda nutty.

That sounds horrible, I’m really glad that you came through it OK. Which AD were you on?

Duolexitine. 

Yea I really dont recommend it but it is survivable with the right circumstances apparently.
