Does anyone have heavy rigid legs like they're made of steel that unables to stand for more than a few seconds otherwise it feels it brokens legs bones and smashes feet soles into the ground?

Hi @[...] and welcome to BenzoBuddies! We're glad you've found us.

As far as i can observe, leg issues are very common and give lots of troubles during benzo or z-drugs withdrawal. My legs still feel extremely uncomfortable at times but i can walk as much as i want.

Could you, please, elaborate on your benzo history so that we could give you better support?
