Yes, cigarettes cause do/dr, anxiety and gut issues.

I’m 3 weeks off and it’s been terrifying but my anxiety IS getting so much better as is my gut health.

It’s incredibly hard but will be worth it. Look, if you can survive acute w/d from benzos you can survive 4 weeks of nicotine withdrawal. Just commit. It’s the very last withdrawal and last piece of the puzzle.
