7 weeks off Ambien - why am I soooo sleepy all day??

The good news is I'm stoked I'm off Ambien after like 15 years on it! I feel like I'm sleeping the same or better. But I'm so sleepy allllll day long. It's like I feel drugged. Caffeine doesn't help, if anything I just feel sleepier from it. I've never been a good napper but I could nap basically anytime. Not exactly helpful for working and being a mom!! Trying to trust that this will resolve but wondering if anyone else experienced this. Is this normal??? Any advice on when it might improve or how to support the process?
