40months [BROMAZEPAM/CLONAZEPAM/ALPRAZOLAM]

40 months, that's a lot!!!!
I have two more months left and it will be 3 and a half years.

I wanted to tell you that I am currently on a wave.
I am having problems with insomnia, I sleep 2 or 3 hours at a time (I still go to the gym/ride my bike). I have a little acne on my face and a little on my chest.

My memory works well, my cognition too.
I am still on the same diet, although I have eaten a little bit of sweet things lately.

I think I am on a wave, but anyway, I am still living life. These setbacks no longer affect me.

I did not register diarrhea for the whole month.

I had some good days and some bad days, but it doesn't matter, we have to keep going. I hope that soon there will be good windows.
