Sweating in my sleep

I am sweating in my sleep this is a new symptom, I am wearing cool clothes and keeping my room cool, so it’s not heat. But still sweating ? Anyone have this problem ?

It could be detoxing. Or it could be that your hypothalamus is trying to regain its balance. Our internal body temprature is regulated by a part of our brain called the hypothalamus. And as we know benzo withdrawal affects every part of the brain. Rest assured that you will heal in time.
