Head and facial nerve issues

Hey, 

are there people who recovered from nerve issues mainly in the forehead and outside of the head. Would describe it as squeezing tingling and pins and needles?

i think this is an everyone thing.

I have head and face "squeezing" and awful pain but is it the nerves or the muscles or fascia, or all three? Hard to tell what it is exactly. Very common symptom, I've had this for 17 months without a break but people do eventually heal some a lot sooner than others.

For how long were you on benzos? And did you reinstate? Hope we both heeling soon

I was prescribed diazepam on and off for over 20 years, probably kindled which they say makes things worse. I would never reinstate, won't even take a painkiller again!  Are you still taking them or have you stopped now?

I am off Clonazepam for almost 5 months now..
