7 weeks off benzos

Going into my 7th week off Diazepam today has been a quiet draining didn't do much as the weather was very humid, and made me feel tired and nauseous my ears have been ringing badly with alot of head pressure, plus I had a few auras which is the start of an epileptic seizure but not a full one so I have just rested mostly hoping it will pass, just need to sleep tonight and I will be ok so it needs to rain to clear the air
